Creamy Mushroom Baked Chicken

For 2 people ()


  • 1 Packet ITG Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast (5-8 oz each)
  • 1.5 cup(s) Mushrooms
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Thyme
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Oregano
  • 3 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped Green Onion

Creamy Mushroom Baked Chicken Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
    2. In a small bowl, mix thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper
    3. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mixture on both side, cover with foil and bake for about 15 mins
    4. While chicken is cooking, sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil, set aside once mushrooms and garlic are soft and fragrant
    5. Add mushrooms and garlic to pan of chicken
    6. Make ITG Cream of Mushroom Soup according to package directions and pour over chicken and mushrooms
    7. Bake for about 5-10 mins or until chicken is cooked thoroughly (160-170 degrees)
    8. Garnish with fresh green onion
    9. For a complete meal, sautéed green beans and mashed cauliflower
