Steak Fajitas

For 4 people ()


  • 1 teaspoon(s) ancho chili powder or your favorite chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin seed
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • handful(s) bell peppers (any colors)

Steak Fajitas Directions

  1. Take a pound of lean meat (sirloin or filet mignon)
  2. Slice meat in strips fajita style 
  3. Make rub spice ingredients above (rub meat let set for an hour)
  4. Put a tablespoon or two of olive oil in high meat pan
  5. Saute the meat to desired doneness 
  6. Serve over sliced bell peppers, (raw or sauteed just like steak)
