Use 1 packet of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup mix to make a bowl of soup and stir in garlic, pepper, rosemary, chives, and sage. For a thicker gravy, use less water.
Heat 2 cups of cauliflower rice in microwave (from frozen, about 6 minutes). Season with sea salt, pepper, garlic, and chives.
Place cauliflower rice and mini muffins on a plate or in a bowl and top with gravy. Enjoy!
