Favorite Sugar Free Spice Blend
Roasted Radishes Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash radishes, cut off ends and chop into bite size pieces (cut radishes into halves or quarters, depending on how big they are)
Put pieces into a ziploc bag, add olive oil and favorite sugar free spice blend (Try Penzeys Forward)
Close bag and shake to coat radish pieces evenly
Spread on sheet pan, making sure to not crowd pieces
Roast for 30-45 mins or until desired crispiness
